Returns and Order Cancellation Policy for Online Orders
All sales considered final. No returns are accepted. Exceptions are as follows:
1. Manufacturers Defects
Merchandise with manufacturer's defects should be returned within 7 business days of receiving your order. All returns must have a return authorization approval, obtained by calling Temecula Valley Sewing Center during normal business hours. Please make sure to read any associated owners manual if you have a problem, because it is very uncommon for our merchandise to be defective when new. Merchandise sent back to Temecula Valley Sewing Center MUST be re-packed as it was when received, in its original packaging. Temecula Valley Sewing Center will not be responsible for damage caused to merchandise due to failure to properly re-pack the merchandise, or failure to repack the merchandise in the original packaging. Return merchandise should always be shipped with insurance in case of loss or damage during shipping. Temecula Valley Sewing Center will reimburse the buyer for the cost of return shipping if the merchandise returned is indeed defective. Temecula Valley Sewing Center reserves the right to repair or replace merchandise deemed to have manufacturers defects, and ship either the repaired merchandise, or the replacement merchandise, back to the buyer.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before the order is charged. Please be advised that in some instances orders may be charged instantly, and no cancellation is permitted. Orders canceled are subject to a cancellation fee equal to, and not to exceed, the amount charged to Temecula Valley Sewing Center by your credit card company, Google Checkout, or our bank.
