Shipping Policy
Temecula Valley Sewing Center only ships to the 48 states in the continental U.S.A.
Orders placed with "free shipping" are shipped via FedEx ground service, within 3 business days of order fulfillment. Order fulfillment is the time at which the ordered merchandise is in stock and labeled for shipping to the customer. A physical street address is required for these shipments, and these orders cannot be shipped to a post office box or other non-physical street address.
Orders that are placed using free shipping that do not have a physical street address will be held until shipping fees have been paid.
Orders placed with upgraded shipping are shipped within 1 business day of order fulfillment via FedEx Express service (3 day). Order fulfillment is the time at which the ordered merchandise is in stock and labeled for shipping to the customer. A physical street address is required for these shipments, and these orders cannot be shipped to a post office box or other non-physical street address.
In the event that any order must be shipped to a post office box or other non-physical street address, the customer will be contacted, and the customer must pay for standard or upgraded USPS shipping, and must pay for insurance for the full value of the merchandise.
All shipping is subject to merchandise availability, and Temecula Valley Sewing Center reserves the right to back-order merchandise for any order. A back-order is a merchandise availability status where the item is not in stock at the time of the order, but is expected to be in stock, and will ship as soon as the merchandise is in stock and labeled for shipping. If merchandise availability is out of stock, and a merchandise is back-ordered for an unreasonable amount of time, the customer will be given the option of canceling their order, at no charge, and a full refund will be given for their order. Temecula Valley Sewing Center defines an unreasonable duration of time for a merchandise to be back-ordered as greater than 10 days.
